Project Initiation
Scope of Work (SOW): All projects will begin after the Scope of Work is agreed upon and a formal agreement is signed.
Initial Payment: A deposit or initial payment may be required to start the project. Payment terms will be specified in the agreement.
Turnaround Times
Timelines: Project timelines will be outlined in the agreement. Deadlines are contingent upon timely approvals and the availability of all required materials from the client.
Delays: Mykel Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials, feedback, or approvals.
Delivery
Completed Deliverables: Services or deliverables will be provided as outlined in the agreement and in the agreed-upon format.
Revisions: If included, revisions will be provided within the scope defined in the agreement. Additional revisions outside of this scope may incur extra fees.
Client Responsibilities
Timely Feedback: Clients are expected to provide clear and prompt feedback during the project to avoid delays.
Content & Assets: Clients must provide all required content, logos, images, or branding materials unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms
Invoice Schedule: Payment schedules will be defined in the agreement. All invoices must be paid within the stated terms to ensure project continuity.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and delay deliverables.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Services already rendered are non-refundable.
Cancellations: Either party may cancel the agreement by providing written notice. Cancellation terms, including applicable fees, will be outlined in the agreement.
Dispute Resolution
We value transparency and collaboration. In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to find a resolution that works for both parties.
